Orders placed through yongxintrading.work are processed by YONGXIN TRADING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery Method and Timeline
We use standard courier delivery for non-branded luggage and school bags. Estimated delivery is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch, subject to courier route, address accuracy, peak season, and external delays.
3. Product Handling During Delivery
Bags and luggage should be checked on delivery for zipper, handle, wheel, strap, stitching, and quantity issues before use.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch or upon request.
5. Address and Delivery Issues
Customers must provide complete delivery details. YONGXIN TRADING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is not responsible for failed delivery or extra charges caused by incorrect customer-provided address information.
6. Delayed Parcels
